Beth Farmer & Zainab Al-Tameeni, Refugees Northwest
Originally aired: Monday, November 5, 2018
Refugees seeking shelter on America's shores used to find bipartisan political and broad public support, but that's changed under the current Presidential administration. Beth Farmer from Refugees Northwest and Zainab Al-Tameeni, an asylee from Iraq and a Fulbright scholar at the University of Washington join Dave Ross for a frank, honest conversation about how asylum works in America and why immigrants and refugees are an asset to our country.
